[2019] I need help

I’m a little bit of a noob at this game, at least on this account. I got around level 30 or so on my last, anyways on to the problem. So my current main objective is to level up my Jedi Counsular, however, at my level 10 account, I have maxed him out at level 15. This is where the problem begins. When I log in to the game, it immediately wants me to level him up, however, him being maxed, I can’t. So when I click anywhere else, (to get off the objective and to level my account up to then level him up for the objective) it won’t let me because, as stated before, he is maxed, for my level anyways. I NEED HELP!!! I’ve tried re-downloading (logged in through FB) and it is still bugged (for lack of a better term). HELP ME PLEASE!
