I migrated my old EA account to my new EA account to try and stick with my standard PC login, rather than my old account login that I originally linked SWGOH to.

My assumption was that SWGOH would start to use the new account, which was incorrect. However now when I try and unlink my EA account through the app unlink button, I get error code 9.

I have talked with half a dozen different EA support people. They all give non-answers like "clear your cache", "logout and back in", "reinstall the app", or simply say that unlinking is not possible (which it is, there's a button for it).

Since migrating my account I have lost access to the webstore. I cannot access the pc version of the app. This is an issue that has multiple forum posts from different users, all indicating the same issue with migrated accounts.

Hoping this gets some visibility so that EA or CG can finally get around to fixing the situation. It sucks to lose out on webstore rewards and not be able to use the new PC app because of a bug on their end.
