I have bought "Chest of Crystals 25% more" few days ago. Till this day I haven't received the crystals that I have paid for. My fund were taken, the transaction registered in Apple.

  1. I have tried to contact EA. I've created a case which now says "waiting on player". However when I enter it I don't see anything except buttons "Resume, Attach files, End Case"
  2. I have tried to "Restore Purchases" via App but that didn't work.
  3. I don't want to do chargeback as I'm afraid I might get banned and I won't be able to contact with EA again.

I'm not from USA/Canada so I cannot contact them "live"

Any idea what else I could do?;/

Sorry to hear that. To get back to support you can use the "Resume" button on your case. Additionally, "Live" support is also available outside the USA, and Cannada just at different times.

Depending on your location and the chat availability, it should be open between 10 am and 6 pm GMT (Monday to Friday at least), as far as I know. I know there was previously a help article on help.ea.com available when the hours were reduced but that appears to be gone now, so I assume they are back to normal.
