[2020] Tarkin's basic doesn't work as the text implies.

Tarkin's basic attack (at max level) is "Deal Physical damage to one target. This attack deals 10% more damage for each living ally. Tarkin gains 50% Potency (stacking) until the next time Ultimate Firepower is used." The way the text is written implies that he can attack any unit, not just enemies. All other abilities specify damaging target enemy, but not Tarkin's basic.
