[2019] Infinite loading in TW

I was unable to participate in this most recent TW, I signed up, i was able to view the battlefield, but I was unable to play.

During the set defense phase, when I would click to bring up my inventory and select characters to use, I would get the spinning logo which would remain infinitely, there was never an error that would bounce back about connection issues or anything.

I hoped that waiting for attack phase I may be able to attack, however when selecting which team to fight, I was receiving the same spinning loading screen forever.

I attempted this on multiple WIFI networks, on my data AND even used another device, none of my guild mates had any issue, and I was receiving no other in game errors.

Has anyone else run into this, this cost us a TW.
