[2021] Account Outage Fiasco & What Will acG do to Make Good?

So I’m not sure why this hasn’t received more attention but what exactly is CG going to do to compensate the players who have been locked out of their account for 48 hours? In that time we have missed:

  • May the 4th Rewards
  • All of Wednesday’s Dailies
  • 2 days of Conquest
  • GAC and TW Participation
  • Echo Event
  • Squad and Fleet Arena payouts
  • Double Drops
  • Raids
  • Galactic Challenges
  • Tickets for my guild

I can’t even fathom what fair compensation for all of this is.

We just launched an Update to fix this issue. Once we can confirmed that this is fully resolved, we will announce the make good for the affected players. Right now we are keeping a running tally for what these players are missing out on.

Thanks for putting a list together for us to compare our notes with. We will announce this as soon as we can.
