[2020] Is there any reason JKL is not in the Journey Guide?

Title

The update in relation to the Chewie/C3P0 mentioned the unit was not obtainable anymore and I'm curious as to if its now a new requirement for the event. But when I look at the Journey Guide JKL is not there.

Edit: "unit was not obtainable anymore " should read "unit is obtainable now"
