Playing on an iPad pro, iOS is up to date. Even after deleting and re-installing the app, i get that message when i open the app. Is this happening to other people? What should I do?

Edit: Saw online that some people said changing their system language fixed the issue. Worked for me too, but this is still a bug.

We are aware that some players are getting that message after the update and yes, for some changing the language of the device to English helped. Also, make sure if you reinstall the game to clear the device cache after uninstalling.
