[2021] Has anyone had this problem before with google play points not redeeming? When i go in game there is nothing there for me, I've tried all sorts of things and nothing has helped. Been trying for months to sort it, any ideas?

We are already looking into this. But, for now, there is, unfortunately, nothing you can do from your side to get this resolved.
