I know that's a problem many have faced, but nothing worked. I reset my router, cleaned cache, uninstalled and installed the game, unistalled webview and it still doesn't work on wifi, only data. And since I'm in roaming I need to ask for my sister's data to play.

It gets stuck in "looking for updates" or something like that (game is not in English) and doesn't connect to Google Play account. Other games are running normal.

It's the 2nd day with this problem, another guy I know had the and problem yesterday but he didn't tell me yet if it is working now.

Is there anything else I can do?

Sorry to hear that. Changing your system language (on the device you are using) to the same language as your store region might help in this specific situation (since you already did a good few troubleshooting steps) eg. if your store is in France, change your language to French. Let me know if this resolved your issue.
