This happened during one of my runs on tier 6 of the event. After completing the battle, my game had to be restarted. After logging back in I noticed I didn’t receive a material for the completed battle and it showed as if I never completed it. After completing my 8th battle, it said the galactic ascension was completed and I am now locked out of the event with only 9 materials.. so I can’t upgrade the ultimate.. any help here is greatly appreciated
