[2020] Hyperdrive Bundle does not allow players to earn certain Portraits and associated rewards for leveling up to 85

DESCRIPTION: - Players who purchase the Hyperdrive Bundle and get leveled up to 85 prior to completing certain Quests limited between specific levels do not have a way to still complete those quests or obtain the Portraits and rewards associated with them.
