[2019] Training droids not given in resource pack after using crystals?

I went on an upgrade spree and somehow used all of my training Droids. Then when I used crystals to buy the 10 tier 4 training droids I didn’t receive them? Is there anything I can do to make a claim or would it even be worth the time?
