[2020] Anybody having trouble logging in?

I'm a returning player, I had level 85 (but pretty weak, I don't think I reached 1M), and I changed the devices, on this device, I couldn't log in to google play when I just installed the game, and now I have a level 3 account(probably a guest account), and I tried to go to the settings and log in to my old account, via Google Play, but there is no "log in to google play" button(it was there while I was still playing, 1y ago or sth). Anybody else having this problem?

Also, is there a site where I can see the stats of my account or sth? Like, unlocked characters, GP etc.
