[2019] Need Help Recovering Mods (Game deleted a full set of 6 dot mods)

I don't know where else to turn because EA customer service has been no help. Yesterday I was swapping mods for arena and moved a full set of 6 mods onto my Darth Revan. Right as I was moving them, I got some sort of error message which forced me to restart the game. When i logged back in, I was missing the entire set of mods and my mod set was deleted from my preset favorites.

If someone could please help point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. I literally just lost 3 20+ speed mods. If I don't recover them, there's no way I am going to continue playing this game.
