[2019] Android players pay more for Galactic Upgrade Kit?

Hello all, Today I found out that I am being charged $1 more for the Galactic upgrade kit than two of my friends who are iphone users (I am an android user). I remember there was some issue when these kits first came out where some were charged 7 vs 8 dollars, but now it seems I am being charged $9. Is this a glitch? See screen shots below:
