[2019] Reporting Cheating

Howdy Reddit,

I was inspecting my opponent in GAC to decide how to set defenses and I realized he's cheating. I saw this post: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/206596/anti-cheating-competitive-integrity

But when I tried to sign up for an EA account, it told me it's not a good time. I've tried from 3 different ip address, 3 different operating systems, and 3 different browsers (and several combinations) but no matter what, it won't let me create an account. I get this message "Now's a Bad Time. Sorry, but we're having some trouble creating your EA Account. Please try again later."

Is there some other way to report a cheater?
