[2021] Day 3 of posting my unplayable ships issues

I've been posting about my rank issues (still ongoing today), but I wanted to log the additional bugs I've been having with my ships since May 4th.

As you can see, whenever I don't sim a battle it claims some connection error. I've been on wifi, off wifi, and it's said the same thing for over 2 weeks. So I'm doing what the pop-up says and trying to contact.

I'd love to get to that new Jolee node everyone is raging about, but I can't. And I haven't heard anything about how long it will be until I'm able to progress in ships again.

I'm going to be posting each day until these issues get fixed. Not intending to rush or bother the team, just to make sure I'm doing all I can to stay on their to-do list and get my game back to normal as it's been over two weeks since the issues began with no sign of progress since. Plus, the pop-up says to contact the team if I've seen it multiple times, which I have.
