[2020] ROLO Robbery and the Case of EA Help Shenanigans

So my guild went back to do LS Hoth for the Rolo shards. We earned 41 this go round, woohoo.

I and at least one other guy in my guild didn't get anything in our mail. I figured it was the usual lag, but we just got our GET special mission rewards from the last wave and still no ROLO so that'd be a pretty strange lag.

Real kick in the butt is that I talked it through on the phone with EA Help. Twenty minutes on the phone walking the guy through the issue. They obviously didn't know the game- they kept insisting ROLO shards arent awarded in Territory Battles (and yes, we used the characters real name). Then the guy hung up on me!

Anyone else have this issue?
