[2020] Holdo Maneuver calling in Lando not giving him multiple turns

1 time when using the Holdo Maneuver the ship that was called in as a reinforcement was Lando's Falcon. When that happened the ship only went 1x, despite it being like the 2nd ship being called in.

I'm wondering if this is WAI or if this is a bug
