[2021] Ultimate ability materials disappearing from inventory?

Hi everyone, was wondering if anyone else has had this issue - I’ve just gone to do my second attempt at tier 6 of the SEE Journey, I’ve already completed it once to earn 1 Ultimate material and now the tier has 0 stars and I have no ultimate materials in my inventory. I’m not impressed given how long it takes to farm the energy and I’ve already lost 70 energy from the game crashing. Is it worth opening a ticket to try and reclaim the lost mats? Thanks in advance
