Just to make sure, do you have enough space on the device itself (not any additional memory card, etc.)? Also, can you get your hands on your ally code, so that we can check our internal logs?

Hey, I got it to work but uninstalling it, and switching my WiFi network to another one. I've found that most people with this issue can sometimes resolve this by doing the same. Thanks for the help
