[2019] GAC Banner Miscalculation

In my last two GA matches banners for the fleet battle have been totaled 3 banners short. My first round, I suspected this miscalculation but didn’t pay too much attention (as I thought I’d have won already). My second round, I go into the fleet battle with 1002 banners. I clear the fleet battle with 63 banners. This should give me 1002+153+63= 1218. My total banners shows 1215. I lost both rounds due to this 3 banner short bug. This is division 10 with 3 character battles with a clear worth 150 banners each and 1 fleet battle worth 153 for the clear. I am on an Apple Ipad. Has this happened to anyone else?
