Missing darth revan shard

I completed the darth revan event and did not get some of my darth revan shards so I cannot unlock him. I also went back through and beat them again but still no shards.

I understand this is a bug that exists but I sent a support ticket a week ago and still no reply, is there any other way to get this fixed?
