I'm one of the unfortunate people that beat Tier V of the Padme event and didn't receive enough shards to unlock her. Currently sitting at 95/145.
I filed a help ticket with EA and when I got a reply they told me: "To investigate the issue, we are required to have your account details and your account details only populate when you file the case via the option given in the game itself."
I told them I did this, which is how we were even communicating in the first place. They replied with the exact same response, with a link to help website.
I asked if I could just give them my ally code or player ID from the game so they could look it up. I was told once again "we are required to have your account details and your account details only populate when you file the case via the option given in the game itself."
A few days go by and I look at my EA account and there is an option to request a phone call. My phone rings immediately, which was awesome. Sadly the phone call went exactly like the emails, which is extremely frustrating. I was told to "clear the cache and reinstall the game, then to file a ticket through the game" The follow up email said this:
"Just to summarize, I suggested you to create a new case from in-game menu."
So I did. I reinstalled the game and filed a new help ticket, and request a phone call. My phone rings immediately. The guy on the line says,
"Sorry sir, our system that lets us access your account is down and there is nothing we can do. I suggest you call back tomorrow at the same time"
TLDR, Kept being told they couldn't see my account and to file a ticket through the game, which I had done. Refiled a new help ticket from the game, was told their system was now down
