[2019] Locked out of account and help.ea is broken. Going to be kicked from my guild soon.

Can anybody here help me get my account back? I'm going to be kicked from my guild soon for missing TW and other activities.

Logged in to the game yesterday and it was a new account, not my 4.7m gp account. Contacted EA, they had me send a bunch of pics of purchases and what not proving it was me. I did that. They send me an email to say that they have to set up a phone call. The link they provided to set up the call didn't work. No response all day from them. Around 6pm my time, I tried the link again and it finally works, but I get a message saying that all calls are closed until 1am my time. I wait up till 1am to hit the link, and now EA.help is down. The whole website is down.... I don't know what else to do. I just want my account back.
