Sometime in the last couple of hours, something happened that has caused my account to no longer seem to work. I have tried on multiple Apple devices and no matter what I always seem to get ErrorCode 3.0 when I try to log in. The error says it could be due to a poor connection but I've tried it on multiple wifis as well as my cellular data, all of which work great for everything else. I'm trying to make an EA help support ticket but when I click "select contact option" I get an endless spinning wheel and nothing happens.

What are my next steps? I really do not want to lose all of my progress that I've made in the last few months.
