[2019] Raid starting

So yesterday I hoped on the game, and a raid had been started with no one having joined it, and there are only four active accounts in the guild. My three and my friends one, but yet neither of us started it, is this a known glitch? We had been planning on doing one when we got enough tickets to do a 4-5 tier raid, but this one is a tier 1.
