We've been reporting this for the past month. No one explicitly told them "NO OMICRON" until yesterday. It was "Jedi is only at max level... it doesn't work at level 7... RF should apply at all levels, not just max..."
Good news is folks who run him with Omicron says he turns RFs into a solid 4/4 since that bonus TM gets the TM train firing immediately.
