Issue with sith raid missing rewards and nit getting any help from EA Help. Nowhere else to turn

My guild just autolaunched a sith raid on Monday at payout. After clearing it the following day, our entire guild received zero rewards. Fast forward to 2 days of messaging with EA help, we are being told that our entire guild was ineligible for rewards due to doing too many raids. How is that possible? We haven't had any turnover in over a month and generate ~29,500 tickets per day. No warning in game that we were locked out of rewards and we are being told there is nothing that can be done. Any suggestions or other ways we can get help?

Join period end: 06:00 AM EST, Tuesday, October 9th

Approximate Finish: 04:00 PM EST, Tuesday October 9th.

I have screenshots from our finishes, the chat log showing our members noticing the rewards were not sent, My personal Traya shard count before and after the raid showing they were not received, and my current EA Help ticket requests and responses should you need them.

Thanks for the details. Looks like you are in TNR Uprising guild and 2 of your guild mates already made posts on Answers HQ about the same issue. So we are already looking into it for the entire guild. I will follow up via PM as soon as I have updates.

Update 17/10/2018: The missing rewards have now been added to all the guild members who participated in that raid.
