[2019] Under an AA lead, c3po can consume Tactical Genius buff on the assist without getting the benefits

Hey, thanks for the video and the report. We've now managed to reproduce this issue and flagged it as a bug which can occur with Admiral Ackbar leader and C-3PO in the squad.
