This morning we saw reports where players were having issues with making purchases. That issue has been resolved. However, we are still investigating another issue where some players have yet to receive their items. When we have more info, I will update this thread.

Updating this thread regarding the resolution for the purchasing issue that was fixed on September 8th. Impacted players have received their items, however, there may be some players who have not. If you are a player who has not received purchased items from Sept 7-8 and have not reached out to support yet, please do so. Please follow the steps here to contact the support team.
