[2022] Scrapper Scoundrel Level 39 ABC Choice: 2 Out of 3 Not Working

Thanks for your reports. Our team is currently looking into the bugs on Scrapper Scoundrel's mods "The Best Defense" and "Setup Shot".

I'll add it to the known issues list:

• Scrapper Scoundrel's active Ability "Shank Shot" doesn't apply any debuff while "The Best Defense" or "Setup Shot" mods are selected.
