Hey there! The team is tracking the bug, so they'll investigate what's causing it. 

For future bug reports, feel free to start another thread to report a new issue!  In similar fashion, if you see a thread that is reporting the same bug you're experiencing, adding to that thread is also just as helpful. This helps us keep track of new bugs and also see how many other players may be experiencing the same or similar issues.
