Arma Rasa Alert not showing up despite I have Shroud of Memory already unlocked.

Hello! To prevent an issue where HK-55 could be unavailable after Arma Rasa, the alliance alert is no longer granted when a Chapter is active. If you finish the Chapters (or replay Chapter IX: The Alliance, as it is the fastest) the alert will show up, once you meet the requirements.
