Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with the influence reset of B3-S1 on alternate characters when visiting Lane's lab for the first time. Based on our testing, this reset occurs only once per character. If you have experienced this issue and lost significant influence, please contact our support team to have your influence restored. We are actively working on resolving the root cause of this bug and will include a fix in our next major update.
Confirming this is a bug. We have a fix on the way, but it won't be deployed until after the event has ended and will unfortunately not retroactively grant the achievement. We do understand that players are working toward completing 100% of this event, however, there are a few Achievements for the Spring Abundance Festival that can't be completed during the first year. So we hope you'll join us for the next Festival to check this Achievement and the rest off your list.
Hello! To prevent an issue where HK-55 could be unavailable after Arma Rasa, the alliance alert is no longer granted when a Chapter is active. If you finish the Chapters (or replay Chapter IX: The Alliance, as it is the fastest) the alert will show up, once you meet the requirements.
Hello, if you've already picked up the Alliance Alert for the Date Night Missions, the repeatable missions can be found in a datapad on your ship in the personal quarters section.

Hello, this bug is still being investigated. When we have an update to share, we will update this thread. This will be added to the 7.3 known issues list. In the meantime, using the claim all feature should not lead to a crash. Either way, no items/credits should get lost.

Hello, we are aware of the issue that some players are unable to see Lieutenant Xorem. It has been discovered that this issue is tied to players who use an AMD CPU. The current workaround is to group up with a player who can see Xorem. When that player talks to Xorem, the impacted player can join the conversation. We are working on a fix to be deployed in a future update.
