[2023] 7.4 Content on the Public Test Server

Hi everyone, 

During tomorrow's maintenance, we will be taking down the PTS. We will not be reopening it as we will be working on polishing up 7.4. That said, I'll get a high level overview post together to let you all know what's being worked on until 7.4 launch. This will not be a comprehensive list as we'll save that for the full patch notes, but this should give you a glimpse into what we are working after getting feedback from PTS testing.
