Backend maintenance for support tools

Hey everyone, 

We will be doing back-end maintenance for our support tools today beginning 10am CT / 3pm UTC. While this does not impact logging into the game, the in-game ticketing systems will be down for approximately one hour. Will update this thread when maintenance is complete.
