[2022] Collections Unlock Sale When?

i posted this follow-up inquiry because the patch notes were posted and nothing additionally was mentioned about either an unlock sale (which was previously mentioned by @JackieKo) or a broad CM sale, which are both traditions going back many years and that they are losing out on a money making opportunity.  today would have been the last, best day to start it.  as @DarthCasus stated, it is a time sensitive issue for some people, so an expedient response would be greatly appreciated.  if they're not gonna do it, they should just say that.  any information is better than no information.
