[2022] Level 75 Set Bonuses stop working at level 76

Hi folks,

With the introduction of Legendary Items, set bonuses are intended to be phased out beginning at level 76. This information was communicated in the Introducing Legendary Items! article and in the 7.0 patch notes.

• Set bonuses as they stand today will be gradually phased out. If you are a returning player, you will find that your current set bonuses will be deactivated upon reaching level 76.
• At level 76 and above, Set Bonuses have been phased out and replaced with Legendary Items. Legendary Items are Implants that have a Legendary bonus on them.
