[2022] AoE Dot Spread no longer working since operation hotfix

Thanks for the reports, everyone. The team is looking into what is causing this issue. Will post an update when we have one.

AOEs should now be working properly. However, we did have to revert the original Operation hotfix in order to get them functioning again. I'll be updating this thread with any updates on that particular issue.
