[2020] Still No Lipsync In French Cutscene when you Meet Jekiah Ordo

The bug you're reporting is a current known issue.

• Missions:
  • There is no lip-sync in the French and German conversation cutscenes in the "Meeting Jekiah Ordo" Mission.
