[2022] Despite what patch notes says, Jawa vendor doesn't sell Solid Resource Matrix

Thanks for reporting the missing Solid Resource Matrix.

Our team is currently looking into it. For visibility, I'll add this bug to the known issues list:

• The Solid Resource Matrix is missing from the Jawa vendor's inventory.
