I specifically resubbed to play the story & I’ve not been able to. I basically flushed $20au down the drain.
The monthly renewal is due next week I think. Im obviously not going to want to flush another $20.
Is there a time frame on a fix? It’s already been close to 11 months for this game breaking bug.
Can BioWare offer a free sub or other incentive till the issue is fixed?

In the event you are not able to create an in-game ticket, you may reach out via [email protected] however you MUST include your account name in your inquiry.
In terms of time frame on a fix, I do not currently have that info outside of it will be coming in a future patch. I will update this thread when I know more.
