Hi everyone, 

We received reports of players having issues making purchases through the website. It is recommended that anyone who received a failed purchase notification must wait 24 hours before making another purchase. 

A temporary purchasing hold was placed on every account that attempted to make a purchase via the website yesterday. This does not impact anyone’s in-game account so they can play the game as normal. 

Any new purchases that are made today will be processed as normal unless you are impacted by the purchase account hold. We are working with the team that oversees this process to both have the temporary hold removed for those still impacted and also prevent this from happening again.
