If the subscription was purchased on Steam, please gather the screenshots listed in the "I subscribed, but the game still thinks Im not a subscriber" section of this article: SW:TOR on Steam.
Note: As the Support Team needs to verify the account ownership, the account's owner is the one who should contact them.
