[2022] Texture missing on Noble Councilor's Boots

We were not able to reproduce the issue you encounter with the Noble Councillor's Boots.

To fix your issue, could you try to repair the game? For that, follow those instructions:

• Click the Settings cog on the Launcher
• Click the Repair button on the Settings screen and click Save
