[2024] Game Update 7.5.1 coming August 20th!

Hello everyone!

We will be deploying Game Update 7.5.1 on August 20th!

• Time: 7:30am CT / 12:30pm UTC
• Estimated downtime: 4 hours

A full list of patch notes will be available on August 19th here, however, we did want to highlight a few items beforehand. 

Servers 

• All transfer restrictions to the Shae Vizla server will be removed. 

7.5.1 download size

• We have fixed the issue regarding the “Disorder” trailer triggering. As it is now included to kick off the Legacy of the Sith expansion story content. Additionally, we have fixed some audio issues for the “Sacrifice” trailer. 
• These changes could add roughly 2GB to 7.5.1’s download size for some players. 

General

• Conquest Rewards for Personal and Guild Weekly Conquest will be limited to a single pending reward of each type. 
  • As a result, any pending rewards should be claimed prior to the patch release. 
  • Any future rewards need to be claimed before the next Weekly completion of the same type or they will not be awarded.

Basilisk Prototype Venture

• Completing B3-S1's story missions will reward players with items which raise her influence rank. 
  • These items will allow B3-S1’s influence to increase to 30 by the end of the Venture. 
  • Players who have already completed the story missions will find these items available at the HK/Astromech vendor. These items will only increase BE-S1’s influence to 30. 
• B3-S1 companions that are claimed from Collections will no longer have their influence reset when a player visits Lane’s lab on Ruhnuk for the first time.

Couple of things we wanted to highlight regarding Twitch Drops.

We initially stated that the Orlean Voidstream mount campaign would be available post 7.5.1 launch for 30 days. However, the longest amount of time a campaign can run is 28 days, so the mount will be obtainable until Sept 16th (as it can be seen on the campaign itself).

Secondly, there are some players who have been unable to claim the mount even after watching SWTOR content for 4 hours.

If you are one of those players, we ask that you relink your account which should prevent future issues from happening. However, at this time, you will not be able to claim the mount. In short, relinking the account won't generate a new Twitch prompt to start the claim process again.

If you are an impacted player, we ask that you reach out to support at [email protected]. Include your SWTOR account name and your Twitch account in this email. When the support team completes the review of your report, the mount will be granted to your account. Please be aware that this process could take some time and we ask for your patience.
If there are any changes to the above, I will update this thread.
