[2023] Black screen update 7.1.2b

Hi folks, 

Thanks for the report regarding the black screen when using colorblind mode. 

Our team is currently looking into this bug. In the meantime, players need to following these troubleshooting steps to turn off the colorblind mode:

1. Close the game
2. Open the Windows Run command and run C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings
3. Open the file with your account name with a text editor
4. Change the line about Color blind mode to: Graphics_ColorBlindMode = 1
5. Save the file
6. Restart the game
