[2022] Pulse Cannon (the mirror of Heavy Flamethrower) broken to never gain 40% damage buff

Thanks for the report regarding the Pulse Cannon bug.

Our team is currently looking into it. I'll add it to the known issues list:

• Pulse Cannon is not receiving the 40% damage increase from Pulse Engine.
